I’m passionate about our community.
Read more about the issues I’m going to work on for Hastings, and please send me a note about anything you’re wanting to talk about.

All of Hastings deserves clean and healthy drinking water. As a City Councilmember, I’ll help to fight for funding for clean water access and the removal of PFAS, nitrates and toxins from our water system. I pledge to value and listen to community input as we work together for solutions to our water crisis.

I’ll work with our community to ensure that our green spaces - 37 public parks and 30 miles of trails - stay safe, accessible and welcoming to all. I can’t wait for Lake Isabel Park in Ward 1 to be completed for all to enjoy

As part of the Hastings City Council, I’ll advocate for an innovative approach to ideas and investments that improve our Rivertown and make efficient use of our resources.

Years ago, my family had moved to Cowtown shortly before a big snowstorm. We woke up the next morning - everything covered in a foot of snow - and a neighbor we’d never met was plowing our driveway. I believe in the power of kindness and the importance of neighbors helping neighbors. I believe that strong communities help to care for one another and make a difference in our Rivertown.
It’s ok to mumble, grumble, groan and complain; it shows that you care and are paying attention! But after complaining, let's roll up our sleeves and problem-solve on how to fix things. Join me! Let’s work together to make Hastings the best it can be to live, work, raise our families and retire!
We all do better when we all do better!
